Holly is correct in all respects.

I must also point out that you can find this template, along with many others, 
links to funder guidance and (in most cases) example DMPs in our public 
templates list in DMPonline:

https://dmponline.dcc.ac.uk/public_templates

What may be confusing is that many calls expect issues around data management to 
be addressed in the proposal. However, this isn't a data management plan and 
there isn't a template. It's effectively a sketch of what will be in the DMP 
when it is written.
