Hello again and apologies for cross-posting!
As you might have seen, the Digital Learning Network (DLNET)<http://digitallearningnetwork.net/> runs a regular Twitter live chat, and it is back again on Friday 1 April, at 1.00pm; see the hashtag #DLNETChat<https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=%23DLNETChat&src=tyah>.
This month's topic is looking at Padlet, an online tool for collaborating and sharing, and finding out what is good, what is bad, and what else is out there for online collaboration (with colleagues or with communities). So if you have any thoughts, or if you just want to find out more, we'd love you to join us.
We have prepared a few items to get you thinking in advance of Friday...
Twitter thread: https://twitter.com/DLNET/status/1509124586570489857
Poll (in the thread): https://twitter.com/DLNET/status/1509124592211836935
Blog post (mentioned in the thread): https://www.digitallearningnetwork.net/news-blog/next-dlnet-chat-tool-time-padlet-and-other-collaborative-tools/
Please do have a look, and let us know what you think.
During the chat, some of the questions we might ask - although we can't promise to answer any of them:
* Who is using Padlet (and other similar tools) and why?
* Are they just for sharing notes with colleagues or can we use them with our audiences?
* Are there any new or different ways to get more out of these tools?
* What are the alternatives, and which works best?
Please do join us to let us know your thoughts, ask the questions that you want the answers to, or just to see what everyone else is saying - although please remember that we definitely can't promise to know any answers.
Remember to use the hashtag #DLNETChat<https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=%23DLNETChat&src=tyah> and to keep an eye on the @DLNET<https://twitter.com/DLNET> Twitter account for more details...
Also, if anybody has any suggestions of topics or questions for future Twitter live chats, please get in touch...
With best wishes,
Stuart
