Dear all, I'm delighted to invite members of the group to attend the launch of the Digital Heritage Hub, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of the Digital Skills for Heritage initiative. The hub will launch on the 28th of April online and you can sign up here: https://www.culturehive.co.uk/digital-heritage-hub/
The hub is the work of three project groups led by Arts Marketing Association (who are acting as resource coordinator for the hub as a whole; and looking at questions relating to digital engagement and activities); Heritage Alliance (finding, creating and sharing digital content) and the University of Leeds (digital leadership and organisational development; business models and recovery planning).
Many members of this group will have been involved in earlier discussions about this project, which will seek to answer the sectors 100 most pressing digital questions. All of the online learning content will be free and openly licenced.
We have lots of other exiting work going on at the moment including the second phase of our digital leadership work, our collaborative uses of technology and digital volunteering projects. You can read more about the initiative in this post celebrating our two year anniversary:
