Hello
This is the Extended call for papers for the 16th European Conference on Games Based Learning (ECGBL 2022) being held at Lusófona University, Lisbon, Portugal on 6-7 October 2022.
With this extension, abstracts are now due on 30th March 2022.
This year more than ever there has been a change in the educational landscape. Homes around the world were transformed into classrooms, lecture theatres, research labs and training centres. Challenges such as this have highlighted the importance of innovation in education and one area excelling at this is Game Based Learning.
In the first instance all submission types require an abstract. For more information, please go to: http://www.academic-conferences.org/conferences/ecgbl/ecgbl-call-for-papers/
10th International Educational Game Competition
The International Educational Game Competition will once again be held alongside the conference in 2022. For more information and to enter the competition see http://www.academic-conferences.org/conferences/ecgbl/ecgbl-international-educational-games-competition/
After a successful Virtual conference for ECGBL 2021 we are planning for ECGBL 2022 to be a “hybrid” conference. Meaning that there will be physical events with virtual elements built into it to create an experience for both those who can attend in person and those able to attend online.
Please feel free to circulate this message to any colleagues or contacts you think may be interested.
Follow the conference on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
Regards,
Elaine
