The BIAPT Student Day Conference is the annual event for all doctoral student members of BIAPT. It’s a great opportunity for postgraduate researchers to have a go at presenting at conference in a low-pressure and supportive environment. This year all students – whether part-time or full-time, PhD or DProf – are encouraged to attend and/or present a paper, if they would like to!
This year it will be held online on 8 April 2022, and there will be a workshop on writing reflexively from Dr Dawn Llewellyn, as well as student papers.
The call for papers is now open and papers are invited from doctoral students on any topic related to practical theology. Please send abstracts for 20 minute papers (up to 250 words) and a short bio (up to 75 words) to [log in to unmask] by 4th March.
Booking is also open for the conference. For more information and to register please visit biaptstudents22.eventbrite.co.uk/. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact Chrissie Thwaites, BIAPT Doctoral Student Rep, on [log in to unmask]
