Hi everyone,
-Happy new year! I intend to examine the brain structural changes during a baseline and follow-up (2 years approximately) session in two different groups. To this end, I have preprocessed the whole brain structural MRI dataset using a customized voxel based morphometry pipeline. Now, I look forward to include age as a covariate for the baseline and follow-up session in the flexible factorial design. In addition, we aim to test the regional grey matter volume differences in the two groups with age as a covariate (baseline and follow-up).
For instance:
Age for group 1 subjects (baseline): 40 45 50 60
Age for group 2 subjects (follow-up): 42 46 53 61
-Can someone explain with an example how to incorporate age (vector) as a covariate for longitudinal studies. I have referred several threads in this forum, but it is not striking clearly. I would greatly appreciate your help!
