Hi,
The coordinates printed in the console when you click on an image
(" Image value at ...") are in the original coordinate system, without
scaling.
Thus, 35 px corresponds to 512 * 0.8617 / 35 ~ 12 A.
So your math is correct.
Please check your FSC curve at these resolutions.
