Hi Maxime,
The Cambridge tool is solid, but I would hesitate to pick a new tool without detailed documentation and support.
I have previously used CoSMoMVPA (https://www.cosmomvpa.org), which is easy to use and have an active user group. I have also integrated it in Automatic Analysis (https://github.com/automaticanalysis/automaticanalysis) to facilitate adoption, and I also have an example pipeline for RSA , which I have not published yet.
I have recently used TDT, which seems the best and most solid of all, and an active community is certainly a plus. I have also integrated TDT in Automatic Analysis for all sorts of inputs (voxel-based, ROI-based, connectivity); however, I have not used it for RSA, yet, but it seems straightforward to do it.
Kind regards,
Tibor

Subject: [SPM] Representational Similarity Analysis || Where to start?
Hello everyone,
I have just started my PhD and I have been asked to do Representational Similarity Analysis with fMRI. However, there is no one in the lab who is working on this technique.
I would like to ask you if you know any good ressources and/or package for this purpose? I already selected a couple and your opinion would be greatly appreciated!
(1) The Decoding Toolbox
https://sites.google.com/site/tdtdecodingtoolbox/
With a relatively active community on https://neurostars.org/
(2) The Cambridge Toolbox
https://www.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/methods-and-resources/toolboxes/
However, I could not find any active community.
If you have any other Toolbox, package, or ressources please share ;)
Have a nice day,
Maxime
