Dear Hweeling,
the post you are referring to deals with nonparametric statistics using SnPM. Classical SPM does not write out p-value images, however you could generate them by reading the spm_T images and calling spm_P for each voxel to obtain p-values.
However, I am not sure running a conjunction will help you interpreting statistics correctly in your case of collinear covariates. It would still be better to deal with the collinearity before comparing the results.
