Hi All
We had these issues throughout 2021 and were forced to revert to a non-creat service in our Emergency Department. This is the plan again. I was aware of manufacturing issues but I'm not sure the logistics chain issue was communicated to us but I may be wrong.
Samples to the lab in the interim for Urea/Creatinine.
Best wishes
