The question isn't whether IX traffic is growing.
The question is whether non-CDN traffic at IXs is growing.
Well, the question is whether non-CDN traffic is growing in general, and we
think that looking at IX traffic stats is a good way to measure that since it
is hard to see into the many private peering and transit connections.
