Dear Mozhdeh,
The "Value" is the value of the file you have selected. For log-p values this is automatically recognized and also indicated in the table. I assume that you have a rather old version of cat_surf_results because in newer versions the atlas labeling is not supported for values that are no p-values. Please update your CAT12 version.
"Size" means cluster-size.
