Wired apple mice always used to work fine on PCs,
Looks like you can use Magic Mouse on a PC, but requires extra drivers to make the scrolling work:

Subject: Mouse query
Hello Everyone,
I wondered if anyone had come across a mouse with a light instead of a scroll wheel.
Or a mouse without a scroll wheel.
Something like the Apple Magic mouse, but for Windows 10.
I know there is the Microsoft Arc mouse, but wondered if anyone had some alternatives.
Thanks,
All the best,
Martyn.
