Hello, I'm trying to use cryolo to pick the motion corrected mics from the Relion4.0 beta tutorial. I haven't had any previous issues up to relion 3.1 but it seems cryolo is no longer compatible. I'm running the 1.7.5 GPU version. The .err file given ends with
Using TensorFlow backend.

Image /path/to/Relion_Tutorial/cryolo/fulldata/20170629_00021_frameImage_noDW.mrc is not valid
The files otherwise have no issues within relion 4 all the way to the end of the tutorial so I don't think they're corrupt. I can link files generated in an identical fashion from 3.1 into the folder and it runs perfectly as before.
Is there any way to get around this?
Thanks for any help.
