Hello again and apologies for cross-posting!
As you might have seen, the Digital Learning Network (DLNET)<http://digitallearningnetwork.net/> runs a regular Twitter live chat, and it is back again on Friday 3 September, at 1.00pm; see the hashtag #DLNETChat<https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=%23DLNETChat&src=tyah>.
This time we are discussing adult learning in the cultural sector, and looking at how digital can support or enhance your offer. So if you have a question, a suggestion, a case-study, a query or you are just interested to find out more, please join us on Friday.
We have prepared a few items to get you thinking in advance of Friday...
Twitter thread: https://twitter.com/DLNET/status/1432652987550347265
Twitter poll (part of the thread): https://twitter.com/DLNET/status/1432652991027417092
Blog post (mentioned in the thread): https://www.digitallearningnetwork.net/news-blog/adult-learning/
Please do have a look, and let us know what you think.
On the day, some of the discussions might go along these lines:
* How is your organisation currently using digital to support adult learners?
* What are the barriers here?
* Are there any other examples of good practice out there (even outside the cultural sector)?
* What lessons have we learned in doing what we do, do we have any advice for others?
* How do we see adult learning in our sector changing in the future? What is the role for digital in this?
We would love to hear from anybody about their experience, as well as anybody who has a question - although please remember that we definitely can't promise to know any answers.
Remember to use the hashtag #DLNETChat<https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=%23DLNETChat&src=tyah> and to keep an eye on the @DLNET<https://twitter.com/DLNET> Twitter account for more details...
Also, if anybody has any suggestions of topics or questions for future Twitter live chats, please get in touch...
With best wishes,
Stuart
