For those of you who don't know, Kindling is a recently (2020) registered nonprofit that exists to help tackle fire safety inequalities – 
the disproportionate distribution of fire risk and fire consequences between groups of people in society and geographic areas.  Its  mission is to connect fire safety knowledge to local and global humanitarian and development efforts to reduce the unequal impact of fire on people, property and livelihoods in vulnerable communities around the world.  Currently doing some really interesting and useful work on urban fire risk in informal settlements in Dhaka and Cape Town.  You can find more information at https://www.kindlingsafety.org/
