Hi All,
I have a mutliple regression 2nd level design where we employed 3 regressors (one of interest; two confounding). Our aim is to investigate a potential correlation effect at the second level between the regressor of interest and a simple task-baseline contrast image from first level data. I believe our set-up of the design is correct, but when I generate the design matrix the intercept is showing as the 1st (left-most) column. This is causing us some issues with interpretation of subsequent results as I am informed that the positioning of the intercept to the left negates any interpretation of subsequent outputs as correlation. I have noticed that in all examples and tutorials I see for MR, the intercept is indeed located as rightmost in the 2nd level design matrix. Could anyone comment on why we are running into this problem or advise on how to correct our path? Any help is most appreciated.
Nick
