I am writing a script to work through our data. I have 4d NIFTI files. On my laptop, I can just give matlabbatch 'filename.nii' for slice timing, and spm_jobman has no issue. When I try to run it on our server, also spm12, it throws an error saying "not enough files." I clicked around in the batch gui and found the issue is spm12 expects more than one file. So the slice timing batch on spm12 on our server does not realize that "filename.nii" IS saying to use all the files, and not just one slice.
On the batch GUI, I understand how to find and select all slices/files. But it is not nearly as simple with writing a script. Why might this be happening (and only on our server spm12, and not on my laptop), and how can I fix this so my slice timing will go through with "filename.nii" on my script? How can I get it to realize this is all the files, and not just one file where "at least two are needed"?
I've tried looking through the documentation, but have failed to find a solution. I have seen a similar error on the listserv but the answer I have seen has been to work piece by piece in the batch GUI, which does not help me with scripting. Nor does it explain why it works on one spm12, but not on another.
Thanks for the help!
