Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an odd situation, and I'm hoping someone could shed light on it.
When I run spm_check_orientations on for one specific file on my university cluster, I get the message 'The images do not all have same orientation and/or voxel sizes.' But when I rename that file to a random name, spm_check_orientations works.
Below I'm showing you what happens when I run it through the original file and when I rename the file:
>> [a,b] = spm_check_orientations(spm_vol('epi_r01.nii'))
>> [… removing all but the last line...]
[-1.99998 0.00574086 -0.00520987 107.985; 0.00753559 1.75528 -0.958619 -57.1487; -0.00182073 0.958631 1.75528 -130.212] epi_r01.nii
a =
logical
0
b =
'The images do not all have same orientation and/or voxel sizes.'
>> !mv epi_r01.nii epi_r01a.nii
>> [a,b] = spm_check_orientations(spm_vol('epi_r01a.nii'))
a =
logical
1
b =
0x0 empty char array
Also, not sure how relevant this is, but when I copy the original file to my local computer, it works!
Any thoughts? Quite frankly, I'm really confused.
Thanks in advance!
Lily
