All,
My research is an NIH funded study on structure/function elucidation of a couple of bacterial collagenases. I have collected Cryo-EM data on my two collagenases and have been attempting to use Relion, cisTEM, and CryoSparc on my university's clusters. I was recently informed that, through trial and error, that the compute cluster is not configured to handle these types of software. I am now searching for other avenues in computing, such as national laboratories. Does anyone recommend where I may begin asking for remote access to compute clusters utilizing relion, cisTEM, cryosparc, or etc.?
My PI and I would like to look for a collaborative environment that may be open due to the NIH funding my research. We have thought of purchasing cloud computing resources, but it is too cost prohibitive at the moment. I've also thought of building a workstation, but have doubts similar to the cloud computing.
Thank you for your time and have a great day!
Sincerely,
Cody B
