A reminder of the 27 August deadline for the call for papers for the Customer Services Group UK Annual Conference which takes place online on Friday 26 November 2021

"Stick or Twist: how have the experiences of 20-21 shaped customer services?”

As we return services to campus, the conference will the conference will explore what the customer service landscape looks like. How many of our traditional services remain and will we retain the services we created in response to the pandemic?

Topics you might like to consider are:

-	How have you changed services in response to student feedback?
-	What technical innovations have you introduced to help deliver services?
-	How have we used platforms like MS Teams to help deliver our services?
-	What do digital customer services look like?
-	How have our relationships with other areas of the university changed?
-	What is the role of customer services in supporting the wellbeing of our students?
-	How have staff adapted to the changing landscape of customer services?
-	How have you refocussed study spaces to meet the changing needs of our students – or adapted them around changes in behaviour and expectations?
-	What do distance learning services look like now everyone is a distance learner to some extent?

We’d love to hear from you if you are able to answer any of the questions above. We understand that you might not be able to provide a full abstract at the moment, but we want to hear about the lessons you have learnt in this period. All of your ideas are welcome as we seek to deliver another innovative and impactful conference dedicated to customer service.

If you are interested in speaking, please contact our Events Group Chair Helen Loughran at: [log in to unmask] by 27 August 2021.

Best wishes
