Hi there,
I am trying to estimate a first-level model from an open-access data set (NNDb - https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds002837/versions/1.0.6). When I try to estimate the model, I get the following error:
1-Jun-2021 11:44:27 - Failed 'Model estimation'
Error using spm_est_non_sphericity (line 208)
Please check your data: There are no significant voxels.

In file "/Documents/spm12/config/spm_run_fmri_est.m" (v7354), function "spm_run_fmri_est" at line 36.
I've seen from a previous post that the model will fail if the data are mean-centred, which is the case with this data (https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa-jisc.exe?A2=ind1903&L=SPM&O=D&X=E537569FA45316EF17&Y=c.lally%40ucl.ac.uk&P=193727). Please can I have advice on whether I can still estimate a first-level model with the mean-centred data on SPM, and what I would need to add to the batch script etc to achieve this?
Thank you so much!
All the best,
Clare
