Hello list,
I am running a very large 1st level model (something like 100 runs) and it runs all the way up to producing beta files. However, by the time it makes it to estimation and contrast making it fails and produces this error:
{Undefined function or variable 'SPM'.
Error in makeContrasts_v02 (line 64)
design_mat = zeros(size(SPM.xX.name)); %this *includes* run regressors
Error in ml_glm_wrapper_jitterpseq_scrub_v01 (line 213)
conNames = func(binnum, binAnalysisDir, onsetFuncName, monkPath,
binTable);
}
Basically, it doesn't find my SPM.mat file. When I check my SPM.mat it is empty. Prior to estimation the SPM.mat file is full with my conditions, etc. Afterwards, it is empty and then my contrast making step files. I had read before that is was potentially how matlab can save large files and I added the '-v7.3' flag to all the saves in my code, but it seems like that did not help. Is there somewhere else I should add the flag inside the SPM12 code perhaps? Or is there some other option/flag that I may be missing?
Any help or advice is much appreciated!
