Dear Anna,
The 'new' GUI is 13 years old by now :-) Don't worry, the interface
might be a bit different but the underlying functionalities are mostly
the same.
In the batch interface, select:
SPM > Stats > Factorial design specification
then click on "Design" and select "one-way ANOVA". Then click on "Cells"
and "New: Cell" three times so that you end up with four cells in total.
Next, enter the scans for each of your four groups by double-clicking on
"Scans". You can then execute this batch by clicking on the green arrow
at the top of the interface.
Once this is done, you can estimate the GLM with:
SPM > Stats > Model estimation
and interrogate it with the "Results" button - from then on, everything
should be familiar to you.
Best regards,
Guillaume.

I remember the days when you specified number of groups and then loaded in the scans accordingly. I'm assuming it's all a lot more sophisticated now but I'm at a bit of a loss as to how it's done now.
