Dear all
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Music Studies Working Group for Confidential Peer Support, Co-Mentoring, Well-being and Identity will be meeting on Friday 5th February at 1 pm for 90 mins, and we would like to extend this invitation to anyone who would like to join this meeting.
The aim of this first meeting is to get to know each other, share our motivations for participating, and to discuss our collective vision for mentorship. We kindly ask that you read the article below about co-mentoring by McGuire and Reger (2003) in order to create a foundation for discussions. It is hoped that this meeting can provide a springboard for further meetings and discussions pertaining to topics such as mental health, BIPOC and trans issues that will be vital in our future work as co-mentors.
