Dear Christian,
Thanks again for pointing to this handy tool.
First, I tried to directly input an image, but that didn't work, so I guessed it would need a data matrix.
So, I tried the following (with mask defined in fname):
[Y,XYZmm] = spm_read_vols(spm_vol(fname),1);
dilated_mask = cat_vol_morph(Y,'d',1);
At first sight, it seems to do a transformation, though not completely sure if my solution is right. If yes, how does one then transform the dilated_mask matrix back to an image (e.g., spm_write_vol does need a different input format)?
Thanks a lot!
Stefan
