I've been meaning to post regarding the sheet. We find it incredibly useful as well. I believe it was created by Keziah Gibbs at Essex, but they have moved on to a new role I think. It's definitely worth maintaining though.
It does seem a bit prone to being mistakenly edited/deleted however... I think we are all aware of the downsides to using a spreadsheet as a mass database after this year! Using filter views would definitely be the best practice. There should be some way of ensuring only the relevant library can edit their info, possibly by using forms? I've garnered a fair bit of experience using forms and scripts to extend Google sheets, happy to help out in the new year. (also... Roboto font?)

Hi everyone,
I agree, we've found this spreadsheet incredibly helpful, and would like to keep it going. We've always had our own which we had to keep updated (and sometimes failed!), but there is more information on this one, and of course it's brilliant that we can all update our own entry.
Related to this, I've found that it had been re-sorted (by Able to Supply
Print) so the alphabetical list of Library Names was out of order. I've re-sorted it by this column, I hope that's ok.
I wondered if we could agree to use Filter Views if we want to filter the sheet down for a specific purpose, rather than re-sorting or actual Filters? We could create useful ones that all of us can use, and it doesn't change the view for anyone else looking at it. Each Library could also have their own Filter View(s) depending on how they use the sheet.
I'm happy to set some up if people are interested.
I've forgotten who created it, but thank you very much indeed! We've all been very grateful for it.
Finally, thank you very much to all who have supplied us with material during this difficult year, we really appreciate it. I don't know when we'll be able to resume loans or scan from print, but will keep you updated. We'll endeavour to supply pdfs until the end of this week, but anything received after Wednesday may not get supplied until January. If you have any books from us, they should auto-renew a few days before the due date, and any recalls will now be due in January, but please just get in touch if you're not able to return anything then.
