Hi,
Are you wanting all voxels within an atlas region to have the same p-value? For example, the entire left hippocampus might be assigned the value of 0.95 (1-pval for display purposes).

You could accomplish the same thing using a pretty minimal python script as well. Happy to help further if this is not what you were looking for.
