Hey experts,
I used XTRACT for two groups analyses. While changing the threshold to 0.95-1 (for p-value 0.05), there seem to be something anatomically incorrect. For example, the inferior longitudinal fasciculus on the right is "leaking" to the left side, and the dorsal cingulum as well- it seems like the white matter density maps are really leaking all over the place (i.e. there are structural density changes in many many places that lie outside of where these tracts). Is this leakage interpretable? Is it a common issue? I attached images of one of the significant tracts
Thanks!
