Hi,
I have an issue I'm trying to work out with eddy_cuda. I've got FSL installed on a remote supercomputing cluster running CentOS 5.3. However, for some reason, the install doesn't include any eddy_cuda versions (e.g., eddy_cuda8.0). I checked $FSLDIR/bin and I'm only seeing eddy, eddy_combine and eddy_correct. Is this a version issue? I was thinking that for some reason it might not have shipped with CentOS 5. I checked the FSL version and I seem to be running 6.0.
Thanks in advance,
Cooper Hodges
