Hello SPMers,
I am trying to create a first-level univariate model using the Social Cognition task fMRI data from HCP. I am only working with one subject in the SPM GUI before using the batch scripts. The scan files I am using are the tfMRI runs, 1 in LR and 1 in RL.
I am running into an error involving the multiple regressors files. In this case, the only files I am adding into the model are the movement regressors for each run (1 for RL and 1 for LR) given when the dataset is downloaded. When I run the model, I get an error saying: "Length of regressor is not commensurate with data points."
Using FSL, I double-checked the number of volumes in each run, and it looks like there are only 273 volumes while the regressor files have 274 rows for realignment statistics. I have tried to amend the file to account for the extra volume, but I get the same error. I have also tried to follow the guidance here: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/SPM/Working_with_4D_data and still get the same error.
If anybody has any advice on this problem, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,
Hannah
