*FOUND POEM*
*(photostat found on my desk near the family printer)*
Apples grow on trees.
The boy climbed on to the roof of the building.
The train passed the signal.
Our school is near the road.
The grocer sells bacon, cheese, butter and rice.
I offered Tom a sweet, but he refused it.
The postman delivers letters to all the houses in our street.
Birds build nests.
Some people live in houses and others live in flats.
This girl has lost a shilling from her purse.
Girls play hockey, but boys prefer football.
Cricket is played in summer and football in winter.
Some men will do dishonest things in order to make money.

*I avoided the urge to fiddle with it - to change words, the order of
words, or the sequence of images. It is a found poem with echoes of the
New
York School and/or concept poetry. *
