Hello!
The Digital Learning Network (DLNET)<http://digitallearningnetwork.net/> runs a regular Twitter live chat and it is back again on Friday 6 November, at 1.00pm; see the hashtag #DLNETChat<https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=%23DLNETChat&src=tyah>.
This time we are examining our development (in terms of skills, understanding, confidence, emotional connection - and as a sector) in using digital for learning and engagement and how we feel about our current position. So if you have a question, a suggestion, a case-study, a query or you are just interested to find out more, please join us.
As usual, we are running a very quick and very unscientific poll to get things started, have a look here: https://twitter.com/DLNET/status/1324018765353357315 - if the answer you want isn't part of the poll, you can reply with your own answer (please don't forget the hashtag)...
Discussions might include:
· How do you feel about the organisational and operational changes that have been necessary under COVID?
· How do you feel about your own development?
· What do you wish you'd known before lockdown, what advice would you give to a pre-COVID version of yourself?
· Have furlough or other measures meant that you feel that you have missed out on any work-place development?
· What progress have we made, individually, institutionally, as a sector - what can we celebrate?
I know that regulations differ around the UK, and that experiences have varied greatly depending on circumstances.
We would love to hear from anybody about their experience, as well as anybody who wants their questions answered.
We definitely can't promise to know any answers to any questions, but we will do our best!
Remember to use the hashtag #DLNETChat<https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=%23DLNETChat&src=tyah> and to keep an eye on the @DLNET<https://twitter.com/DLNET> Twitter account for more details...
Also, if anybody has any suggestions of topics or questions for future Twitter live chats, please get in touch...
With best wishes,
Stuart
