I'd say your list of sources is pretty comprehensive. I'd maybe query the value of searching both MEDLINE and PubMed since they are basically the same database - if I was going to pick one, I'd go with PubMed as it's got a bit more in.
Might also be worth searching a couple of preprint servers, although bear in mind that content there hasn't yet been peer-reviewed. MedRxiv (https://www.medrxiv.org/, advanced search lets you choose to also search bioRxiv if you want to) and arXiv (https://arxiv.org/) are probably your best bet.
