Hi there,
I use all of those corrections for my diffusion pipeline, both using FSL and MRtrix3. I have read that denoising and Gibbs ringing removal are good corrections to include in general for diffusion preprocessing, and you can read more about them here, for denoising: https://doi.org/10.1002/mrm.26059 and https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2016.08.016, and Gibbs ringing: https://doi.org/10.1002/mrm.26054. There's also a good paper which talks about and compares many of the diffusion preprocessing corrections and programmes which have them: https://doi.org/10.1002/hbm.24691
I would say that the bias field correction is not as necessary, if you are not running constrained spherical deconvolution (CSD), which relies more on image-based corrections. It corrects for field inhomogeneities, which essentially 'evens out' the contrast of the image.
