Dear EB,

I apologize for not connecting last time. My report would have
been simply that we are entering now the phase of definition of
MICE abstracts for next year.

We usually do that update at the time of submission to IPAC, deadline 
usually late Nov or early Dec, event hopefully in Brasil late May. The 
submission deadline, not quoted yet at https://www.ipac21.org/, is 
usually late Nov or early Dec.

I propose that we assume that Chris, as he has done for years, 
coordinates once more the definition of the new abstracts and submits 
them to the EB by Mid November.
