Dear All,
I was wondering how posters are managed. We are trying to document control the posters we use but find them very difficult to revoke and collect up when issuing new versions. Often, wards have lost their posters or taken them down and can't find them. Our SOPs are electronic versions only on the wards. I feel the posters are often used and needed, so am slow to remove the paper form from the areas where the devices are located. I am concerned at not being able to retrieve all of the old versions and then finding these versions being retrieved and used by the wards themselves.
Any thoughts or ideas? Anyone have UKAS input on this?
