Hi Chris,
I'm afraid I never figured it out - it disappeared about the same time that I sorted out the CRLs on our CE, but that's just a correlation. Clutching at straws, perhaps some tripped up with the recent CA update?
Sorry I couldn't be more useful,
Matt

Hi Matt,
Did you work out what the cause of this was? It’s suddenly started hitting all our ArcCEs Yesterday and at the moment I’m pretty stumped about why.
Thanks,
Chris.

Hi all,
It's a bit of a shot in the dark, but I'm having trouble getting atlas jobs to be happy on our new ARC6 CE. It's a fairly classic case of pilot jobs coming in but the factories not being able to update their status. I've cranked the logging up to maximum, but this is all I see (the 2 IPs are our ARC and the atlas harvaster server):
[2020-07-13 11:40:15] [Arc.gridftpd] [INFO] [4792/18592768] New connection

[2020-07-13 11:40:15] [Arc.gridftpd] [INFO] [11131/18592768] Child exited
From this I can't figure out what's going wrong - I've checked our atlas vomsdir and it looks okay (the error message is ringing bells, but I can't put my finger on it). Users are allowed to access gridftpd/jobs in our arc.conf, so I don't think I've made any glaring errors there.
Anyone seen something similar during their ARC(6) adventures? Or maybe in other dealings with gridftp?
Thanks in advance,
Matt
