Dear All
Apologies for cross posting.
I am an Archives and Records Management postgraduate student at UCL, currently in the midst of writing my dissertation titled:
'The People Potential or the People Problem? An Analysis of Individual Engagement with Information Management'.
This research explores the engagement of individuals with Information and Records Management. I am exploring this in both professional and personal contexts, looking at the opportunities and challenges which information professionals face in the workplace such as engaging other colleagues and advocating for proper practices, as well as being able to carry out effective information and records management. I am also interested in how information professionals handle personal information management outside of the workplace.
As part of my research, I am looking for information professionals to take part in a survey.
The survey is designed to cater to professionals working in a variety of institutions including corporate, heritage, and local authority. It is my hope that it will help me to ascertain what helps people manage information, as well as to gain an insight into information professionals' interest in personal data management outside of the workplace.
If you are interested in participating, please follow this link to the survey: https://opinio.ucl.ac.uk/s?s=69092
The survey will be open for two weeks until Thursday 20th August 2019 at 11:59pm and I am extremely grateful to anyone who can spare 15-20 minutes to complete it for me. If anyone has any questions about the survey or my wider research, please email me at [log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask]
Thanks very much!
Best wishes
Danielle Andrew-Lynch
