I agree with all the previous posts. Another thought is … we based our Records Management Plan on the requirements of the Lord Chancellor's Code of Practice for Records Management issued under s.46 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I studied the implementation guides for the 9 areas of good practice - all available on the National Archives website
