****Apologies for cross-posting****
Hello,
I am a member of the Library team at Royal Holloway University of London, and will be teaching information literacy skills to students on the College’s Integrated Foundation Year scheme this year.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for supporting Foundation Year students, particularly with regard to skills support and instruction? I would be particularly interested to know how library skills teaching is being adapted for online/remote delivery in the current situation; or even whether face-to-face teaching is still preferred for Foundation Year students for any reason. It would also be great if anyone could recommend examples of classroom activities, etc, that work well for students at this level.
I realise this will often vary between students of different disciplines, backgrounds, etc, but I would be grateful for any advice you are happy to provide.
Kind regards,
Ben Williamson
