Hi,
When images are compressed, their size depends on the entropy of the
data, so it is difficult to calculate "the expected size".
The last resort is to run "relion_image_handler --stats" on all
movie files. This takes time, as it reads all frames, but should
give an error for broken movies.
Best regards,
Takanori Nakane
