Hi,
I am working with a new CryoEM dataset and have been trying to perform motion correction on imported micrographs. Instead of using RELION’s implementation, I chose to use a motioncor2 executable so that we can use our GPUs to perform the calculations. The motion correction job has completed with a logfile.pdf, however, I am receiving the following messages:
(for every micrograph) warning: failed to load local shifts from MotionCor2 logfile, but this does not affect further processing:
(for most micrographs) ERROR in removing non-dose weighted image:
(for some micrographs) ERROR in renaming: MotionCorr/job003/3-Micrographs/20200629_1048_A002_G005_H159_D007_DW.mrc to MotionCorr/job003/3-Micrographs/20200629_1048_A002_G005_H159_D007.mrc
Should I be concerned with these errors? At no point did the run abort but I don’t want to work with an incomplete dataset. Any advice on how to fix the issue?
RELION version: 3.1-beta-commit-ca101f
Precision: BASE=double, CUDA-ACC=single
Thanks!
