The Unique_Title metrics are comparable across all publishers, whether 
they provide chapters or whole books or both, so this isn't an issue 
with Release 5. Comparing the Release 5 usage with Release 4 is more 
difficult or even impossible, depending on whether books are provides as 
chapters or whole books or both and on how the publisher has counted the 
whole book usage in Release 4, unless the publishers provides a 
comparable metric like Springer does.
