Hi David,
Yes our discussions have started here but the micro manager is off at the moment so it will continue when she is back. We don't currently and have tried to avoid flu at POCT but I think this year we are going to go down that road as COVID is going to complicate things a lot and we don't have a fully staffed microbiology service here.

Hi all
Sorry to start this discussion now...……………..
I am in early stage planning for flu season and would like to enquire if any other POCT teams have started to do the same?
Of the sites with POC devices for influenza/RSV in ward areas such as A&E/AMU ect, is it your plan to allow their usage during this flu season coupled with the added complication of COVID this year?
Any advice/thoughts/discussions greatly received!
