Dear all
Can I just ask what people are doing about renewing the items that are out to customers?
I have had lots of emails from different University’s saying they have renewed until so and so date.
Are people adding new date to their own system or just leaving it and assuming items have been renewed.
I only ask because it means I have to go through over 100 books and change the date on them, which is going to be very time consuming.
Hope I have explained that properly.
I would appreciate your answers.
