It shouldn't be painful - fitting RNA or DNA is some of the most fun you can have in Coot 0.9.

It's RNA, but much the same rules apply. If you need to break it into multiple models (say, if it's over 50
base pairs), fit each individually, making sure they overlap by at least one residue, then merge the
molecules and use merge_fragments. You might need to tweak the blurring factor, the overall restraints
weight and the GM restraints weight.
