Dear Farbood,
Mean Depth is included in axial analysis, but indeed not in segment analysis (in SST or DepthmapXnet), which I assume you are referring to.
Mean Depth can be obtained from Total Depth, i.e. it's the average depth to all other nodes: TD/(NC-1)
So, you can rewrite the equation below to use TD, and obtain the result you are looking for.

and choice: (Node Count/Mean Depth)*(log(Choice+2)) based on the Space syntax toolkit (for Qgis) parameters. Mean Depth is not included in SStoolkit outcome.
