Perhaps this is a typo? Do you mean the lowest
resolution shells (0.00 / A)?
If the negative dip is only in the DC component +
a few shells, this is mostly because of the gray level
and you don't have to worry.
(It is easier to look at the first few shells from postprocess.star than
plots)
Just in case: the small but sharp drop at around
0.045 / A from 1.0 to ~ 0.9 is caused by phase
randomization and completely healthy.
