Gadgetron Summer School -> GadgetronOnlineClass
Hello everyone,While we have postponed the physical edition of the
Gadgetron Summer School, we are organizing live online meetings on
Gadgetron and the MRD format (formerly ISMRMRD). These online courses
will take place in June 2020. The topics of the online course covered
intended for researchers in basic science and/or clinical research. This
course will consist of tutorial lectures, coding and Q&A sessions
.Please follow the link for additional information:
https://github.com/gadgetron/GadgetronOnlineClassWe will present the new
functionality in Gadgetron 4.1 that can help in your day to day
research. Gadgetrons external mode allows you to connect Gadgetron
directly to a live Matlab or Python editor or even a Jupyter notebook.
You can use breakpoints, plot data and inspect variables, exactly like
with a normal script. C++ gadgets have been greatly simplified, and are
now easier than ever to write. Support for Matlab-like array slicing,
C++17, parallel gadget chains, and more have all been added to
Gadgetron.
The organization commitee.
